Looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay that will make you feel like a local? Look no further than our cozy room, perfect for up to three guests! Located just a short 10-minute walk from Calle Santander and 20 minutes from the lake, our spot is the ideal location to explore all that the area has to offer.

With a private bathroom and communal areas like a rooftop, living room, kitchen (complete with laundry detergent), and more, you'll feel right at home during your stay. We're happy to offer tips and advice on how to best explore the area and make the most of your trip.

Our room is 20 square meters and features a large window and a private bathroom. We provide towels, purified water, shampoo, liquid soap, coffee, sugar, and oil for your convenience. Feel free to cook up your favorite meal in the communal kitchen or relax and watch a movie in the living room.

While there are two other rooms in the apartment that may be occupied by other guests, we encourage everyone to come together and enjoy each other's company. Our residential area is new, quiet, and safe, just a few minutes from the market, municipality, and San Francisco de Asís church. We look forward to welcoming you and making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

El apartamento se encuentra en una nueva zona residencial, bastante silenciosa y segura. Se encuentra a unos cuantos minutos del mercado, la municipalidad y la iglesia San Francisco de Asís. Está aproximadamente a unos 12 minutos (caminando) del área comercial (Calle Santander).

The easiest way to mobilize in Panajachel is by walking or small vehicles. Our parking lot is just next to our property. You will recognize its grey metal sheet gate.

La mejor manera para movilizarse en panajachel es caminar o usar vehiculos pequeños. Nuestro parqueo está a un lado de la propiedad, la reconocerás por su portón de lamina gris.
