This space is part of our 2 rooms apartment, which is fully equipped and contains everything necessary for your stay. This room has two single beds and shares a kitchen, living room, and bathrooms with a second unit. In the building complex, we count on other convenient amenities, such as our beautiful roof with a view of the incredible Lake Atitlan and volcanoes. We are 10 minutes from Calle Santander, just a little away from the noise of the center, but close enough to move anywhere. The apartment is in a new residential area, quiet and safe. We are a few minutes from the market, the municipality, and the San Francisco de Asís church. It is approximately 12 minutes from the commercial area (Calle Santander) and 20 minutes from the lake.
