This cozy and illuminated room has a private bathroom and two single beds; it is part of an apartment with two other rooms.

We are located 10 minutes away (walking) from Calle Santander and20 minutes from the lake.

Our communal kitchen and living room are the perfect place to get along with other guests and share travel stories.

We also have a parking lot, laundry, and a rooftop where you can chill and appreciate a beautiful sunset with a view of the lake and volcanoes.

This is a 20 square meters room with a huge window & private bathroom. We will provide towels, purified water, shampoo, liquid soap, coffee, sugar, and oil as part of your stay.

Feel welcome to prepare your favorite meal in our communal kitchen or watch a movie on our Netflix or Amazon Prime account. If you love sunrise or sunset, please go to the rooftop and enjoy the view.

The apartment has two other rooms, for which you might have the chance to find other guests. Please feel free to have coffee with them or prepare your favorite dish in our communal kitchen!

The apartment is in a new residential area, quiet and safe. We are a few minutes from the market, the municipality, and the San Francisco de Asís church.

The easiest way to mobilize in Panajachel is by walking or small vehicles. Our parking lot is just next to our property. You will recognize its grey metal sheet gate.
